  1. How Do I Cancel a Free Trial?

It is our goal to make Top Guns Trading as easy to use as possible. So, to cancel a free trial, simply follow these steps:
    1. Go to "Your Account"
    2. Click on "Account Plans"
    3. Unclick the "Renew" Box next to the Trial Plan you want to cancel

That''s it. This tells the system not to renew your free trial when it ends.

However, your password and username remain active, so feel free to visit as often as you''d like for our market commentary, market models, free stock picks, etc.

  2. Do I Need to Log-In Every Time I Want to Read a Report?
No. Once you've successfully logged in to your account, our systems "remember you" so that you do NOT need to repeatedly enter your email and password information.[top]

  3. How Do I Change My Temporary Password?

When you sign up with TopGunsTrading.com, the system automatically sends you a temporary password combining letters and numbers. You may keep using this password as long as you'd like, but we'd recommend changing it to something easy to remember.

    To change your password, simply:

    1. Go to "Your Account"
    2. Click on "Account Settings"
    3. Enter your new password in the box provided at the bottom

  4. Why am I not recieving any reports or trade alerts?
If you are not recieving reports or alerts via email, there may be a problem with your email server. First off, check to make sure that Top Guns Trading is added to your address book, and allowed senders list (only applicable to some email clients). This will make sure that the reports we send you are not being counted as spam and relocated to another folder. If this does not fix the problem, please contact us for futher assistance.[top]
